Born about 1909 to Elias Nelson and Beulah (Bolte) Blizzard; stepson of Virgil D. Walter, who survived. Also survived by his wife, Virginia (nee Shoemaker), 3 daughters and a son, a brother, Howard G. Blizzard and a sister, Marguerite (Walter) Kachadourian. Funeral Tuesday 15 October; interment in Woodlawn Cemetery. Death notices: 13-14 Oct. 1963; 12 Oct with error, due notice.
