She was born October 21, 1918 in Renville County, North Dakota, the daughter of William and Isadora Dandliker.
She attended Minot Business College.
She married Henry Benton Skordal, the love of her life in 1942.
The baby of seven farm raised children, she found her loyalty and stability in family, passing these love and life lessons onto the next generations.
Her husband's job required the family to move often, and she always made each destination a beautiful, loving home. The most loving wife, mother, and friend,(and the best cookie and potato salad maker of all time), she will be greatly missed.
Claudia and Hank were members of the First United Methodist Church of Springdale.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Hank "Papa" Skordal.
Her spirit will live on in her children, Sharon P. Tulli, of Brownsburg, Indiana, James B. Skordal, and Rochelle A. Bruce, of Springdale, Arkansas; Five living generations, including 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
