Princess Margaret of Prussia was born on April 22, 1872 at the New Palace in Potsdam, Prussia, German Empire, as the seventh child and fourth daughter of the Crown Prince and Princess of Prussia and Germany. Princess Margaret married Prince Friedrich Karl of Hesse-Kassel on January 25, 1893 in Berlin, German Empire. Friedrich died in 1940. Margaret died on January 22, 1954 at Schloss Friedrichshof in Kronberg im Taunus, Hesse, Germany at the age of eighty-one.
