Rev. Elmer Junior Nelson, age 78 of LaFollette passed away Monday,July 25, 2016. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran and an active member of Forks Grove Baptist Church, where he loved his church family very much. He had been a Baptist Minister in Tennessee and Missouri where he was very active in the Nursing Home Ministry.Preceded in death by parents,Elmer and Ola Mae Lowe Nelson; brother, Robert Dennis Nelson.

God Children: Alex Baird, Brook, Tyler and Hunter Evans

Funeral Services 7 PM Wednesday at Forks Grove Baptist Church

Rev. Ronnie Poston and Brother Donnie Poston Officiating

Interment 11 AM Thursday at Powell Valley Cemetery with Military Honors by Campbell County Honor Guard

Family will receive friends 5 PM to 7 PM Wednesday at Forks Grove Baptist Church
