Mrs. Sarah Jane Wood, 83, of the Franklin district, who died Monday at her home, was buried Wednesday in Riverside Cemetery following a funeral service.
Mrs. Wood and her husband, James, came west to the Glendale farming district in 1904. Mr. Wood died in 1937. Surviving are 2 sons, Basil and Robert and 2 daughters, Mrs. A.G. Leider and Mrs. J.S. Batters; 4 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
