Shawn Kevin Mills, 44, of HC 1 Clarington, died Thursday, Aug. 12, 2004, at his residence. Born July 27, 1960, he was the son of Michael and Joan Olson Mills, who survive on Route 36 North, Clarington. He was a 1979 graduate of
Brookville Area High School and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Mr. Mills was the manager and foreman of the Pine Crest cabins, campground and stables in the Cook Forest area, where he resided all his life. He was an avid hunter
and fisherman and was well known and popular with many of the permanent campers and friends from his lifetime in the area. Surviving with his parents are two sons, Keegan Mills of Clarion, and Jonah Mills of Fairmount
City; two daughters, Mariah and Hanna Mills, both of Fairmount City; and a brother, Mark Anthony Mills and fiancee, Pamela Sifinski, of Cook Forest. He was preceded in death by a brother, Luke Eric Mills, in 1976. Friends may
call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the McKinney Funeral Home, Brookville. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. James L. Reinard officiating. Burial will be in
Hominy Ridge Cemetery, Cook Forest. The family suggests memorials be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
