Jeanette B. (Calitri)Phillips, 76, a resident of Warwick for 40 years, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2016, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Henry A. Phillips for 52 years. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Carmine and Anna (DelVicario) Calitri. Jeanette was the loving mother of David Phillips and his wife, Ann Marie; Ronald Phillips and his wife, Heather; Christine McCoy and her husband, Andrew; grandmother of Margaret, Michaela, Marissa M., Alexandra, Stephanie, Alexis, Amanda, Marissa C., Carly, and Jacob; great grandmother of Evelynn. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and spending time with her grandchildren. Jeanette loved all of her family.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at 9 am in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave., with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Timothy Church, Warwick Ave. Burial in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence. Visiting hours, Monday 4-8 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Hope Hospice & Palliative Care of RI, 1085 N. Main St., Providence, RI 02904, will be appreciated.
