Born November 2, 1934, to Elizabeth (Mann) and William Clifford Bridgers in Malvern, Arkansas.
Beth Married Bobby Gene Jones in 1958, in Hope, Arkansas.
Utilizing her B.A. in Music from Hendrix College, Beth taught piano and voice to generations of families in the Dimmitt area. She also served as pianist and vocal soloist at various congregations in the area.
Known for her love of music and her unwavering faith, she will be missed for her continual optimism and encouragement.
She is predeceased by her parents; her husband, Bobby Jones; and a grandson.
Survivors include her son, Craig Jones (and his wife, Kristina); daughter, Mary Jones Gregory (and her husband, David), all of Abilene; two granddaughters, Elizabeth Brown (and husband, Austin), and Anna Risley (and husband, Garrett); two great-grandchildren; a brother, Bill Bridgers (and wife, Jeanetta), of Osceola, La.; as well as cousins, nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life, complete with prayers, stringed instruments and poetry, with family and close friends will be Monday, July 18, 2016 at Elmwood Memorial Cemetery in Abilene, Texas.
