Randolph "Randy" E. Hughes, 51, of Gilbert, AZ, passed away Thursday, October 9, 2003. Randy was born January 6, 1952 in Hayward, California to George E. and Betty G. Hughes.
Randy is survived by his beloved wife of 32 years Paula Hughes; his two sons, Michael and Jamie Hughes; his one daughter, Amanda Godinez. He is also survived by his mother, Betty Hughes, his sister, Kara Sollenbarger, and his two brothers, Dennis and Peter Hughes, 3 adoring grandchildren, Connor Mic-hael Hughes; Garret R. Hughes; and Eddie Godinez. For all who knew Randy, he was surely a "unique person". Most of all, he was a kind and loving son, husband, father, grandfather, and brother.
As one friends said, "It was an honor to have known him". We'll miss you sweetheart! A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, October 13, 2003 at 1:00 PM at Valley of the Sun Mausoleum Chapel with visitation after the service until 4:00 PM.
