She was born on July 24, 1965 in Aliquippa, Pa., a daughter of Brian and Stephanie Fairbanks Heizler Sr.
She worked as a Transportation Specialist for CARTS
She is survived by her parents, Brian and Stephanie Heizler Sr. of Hookstown, Pa.; her husband, Freddie H. Webb; a daughter, Becky S. Illig of Leetonia; two sons, Douglas R. Illig Jr. of Leetonia, and Josh S. Illig of Leetonia; two step daughters, Rhonda Joy of Salem, and Billie Jo Cain of Salem; a step son, Judd Webb of Youngstown; three sisters, Lynda Gailey of Ohioville, Pa., Cherie Asbury of New Cumberland, W.Va., and Louann Swiger of New Cumberland; a brother, Brian Heizler Jr. of Hookstown, Pa.; and by two grandchildren.
The family will receive friends 4-6 p.m. on Monday, July 25, 2016 at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.
Funeral services will be held 6 p.m. Monday evening at the funeral home with Pastor Norm Eckart officiating
