Anita Blanche Arnold, 95, of Roanoke, died Thursday, November 27, 2014. She was the daughter of the late Sylvester W. and Ida Shively Benois. She was preceded in death by her husband, Aaron Paul Arnold.

She is survived by her daughters, Sandra A. VanNess, Rebecca A. Nichols and Sherry A. Nemeth, all of Roanoke; grandchildren, Lori A. VanNess of Troutville, Donald B. Collins Jr. of Albany, Ga., and Paula A. Draheim of Sydney, Australia; three great grandchildren; sisters, Mildred Lucas, Barbara Guthrie, and Sybil Downey, all of Roanoke, and Patricia Stanley, of Vinton.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday, December 1, 2014, at Oakey's North Chapel with the Rev. Rodger Hogan officiating. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, November 30, 2014, at Oakey's North Chapel.
