Theresa Ann Morris, 65, of Hartford, Michigan passed away Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2014, at Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo, MI.
Born Sept. 7, 1948, in Watervliet, she was the daughter of Jay and Charlene (Kaylor) McFarland. Her father preceded her in passing.
Theresa worked in the automotive business and later on, had her own cleaning business. She lived in the Hartford area most of her life, but also resided in Maryland and Florida.
The family will welcome friends from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 18, 2014, at Hartford Federated Church, where a celebration of life service will commence at 1 p.m. Pastor David Gilbert will officiate. Theresa will be laid to rest in Maple Hill Cemetery, Hartford.
Theresa is survived by her husband, Bill, whom she married Nov. 14, 2002; two daughters, Cynthia Lynn Gilman of Fort Myers, Fla., and Tammy (David) Millword of Lawrence, Mi; eight grandchildren: Amanda, Donald, Susan, Jennifer, Jessica, Benjamin, CJ and Joshua; two great-grandchildren, Dakota and Aiden; her mother; a brother, Terry (Adrienne) McFarland of Severn, Md.; and three stepdaughters: Diane (Cecil) Wismer of Hartford; Sheryl (Mark) Horawitze of Phoenix, Ariz.; and Dawn Berbert of Salt Lake City.
