Frank Bova, age 83, died Monday, December 22, 2003 at Manor of Whitehall. He graduated form Queen of Peace High School in North Arlington, NJ. Veteran World War II US Army, serving in the European Theatre. He then graduated with a BS Degree from Newark New Jersey College in 1949. He met his wife of 56 years, Virginia,, while in Italy. He was a dedicated husband to her, a loving father and grandfather. He retired from AT&T after 43 years of service as a Section Manager. Member Telephone Pioneers, 41 year member St. Philip The Apostle Catholic Church and a usher at the weekly mass, Past member of the Lazarus Funeral Group at St. Philip The Apostle Catholic Church, member of the Alliance for the Mentally Ill. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Virginia; son, Ralph; and daughter, Elena. Preceded in death by 3 brothers and son Vincent. Also survived by granddaughters, Virginia Bova-Counts and Angela; great-grandchildren, Tessie, Carly, Jamie and Dana; sisters-in-law, Enrica and Adele who live in Italy; nieces, Antonia, Virginia and Lucia.
