Charles B Parmeter, Jr., 52 of Five Mile Line Road, died Jul. 21, 2016 at home. Arrangements with Frary Funeral Home.
Charles is survived by his significant other, Sandra L Ferguson-Hitsman; his 3 stepchildren, Bobby Ellard, Jr., Michelle Parmeter and Kelly Staton; his father, Charles "Burton" Parmeter; a brother, Scott Parmeter and companion, Jack McIntosh of Ogdensburg; a sister, Desiree Fisher of Potsdam. Charles was born on Nov. 21, 1963, in Canton, son of Charles "Burton" Sr. and Linda M Backus Parmeter. He graduated from Heuvelton High School in 1984. Charles worked on the Putney Farm in Lisbon for many years.
