Born April 16, 1986 in Erie, she was the daughter of David P. Mayer and the late Linda Harper Mayer.
Maggie had attended Point Park College and Clarion University, working on a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts.
She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and attended many recovery group meetings.
Maggie was twice the winner of the Donna Award for best actress for a new play in Pittsburgh.
She loved music, great theater, her family and crazy obituaries.
Surviving are her father, David P. Mayer of Oil City; her paternal grandfather, Louis Mayer of Illinois; uncles and aunts, Jeffery Mayer, Gregory Mayer, Philip Mayer, Nancy Massey and Diana Marta; numerous cousins; and many friends in the theater and recovery community.
Maggie was preceded in death by her mother, Linda H. Mayer.
