BEATY
Amos Beaty, 68, of R. R. No. 8, Fort Wayne, died at 6:40 p.m. Wednesday at a local hospital after a long illness. He was formerly of DeKalb county.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Denny J. Dennis of this city and Mrs. Dale Lucas of R. R. No. 9 Fort Wayne; two sons, William G and Arthur O. Beaty, both of Hammond; one sister, Mrs. John G. Davis of Muskegon Heights, Mich., and three grandchildren.
The body was removed to the McComb and Sons funeral home and may be viewed there after 5 o'clock this afternoon. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home, Rev. Leroy Geiger officiating. Burial will be in Leo Cemetery.
