86, of Syracuse, died Friday at Community Hospital. She was born in NYC and lived in Syracuse since 1941. Yolanda retired from Royal Globe Insurance in 1989 after 28 years of service. She was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church and also volunteered at the school. Her husband, Edsall, died on April 5, 1980. She is survived by two sons, Peter E. (Patricia) and John A. Payne, both of Syracuse; two daughters, Dina (Kenneth) Dugan of Webster, NY, and Christena (Steven) Sapka of Syracuse; 17 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
