Daughter of Thomas Jeferson Fullilove & Jennie V. Holmes. Adopted by James Hill Fullilove, Jr. & Eoline Schuler after her parents died in 1925. She married George Cramon Maino on June 17, 1943. They had two sons, George McLaughlin & John Holmes Maino. Melba Maino was a tireless advocate for the care and upkeep of the Fullalove Cemetery during her lifetime.
