Jeff Roberts, 83, 174 Bumpass Cove Road, Erwin went to rest with the Lord on Monday, February, 12, 2007, at Johnson City Medical Center. He was a native of Unicoi County and a son of the late Arthur and Lindsey Roberts. He served in the U.S. Army during W.W. II. He retired from Paty Lumber Company following 30 years of service. Following his retirement he worked for Brook's Enterprises as a carpenter and for E.T.S.U. in maintenance. He attended Mt. O'Dell Freewill Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one grandson, Allen Casey, by six brothers and by two sisters.
