He was born on January 31, 1959 in Elverson. Richard was the son of Richard George Sr. and Mildred E. (Trego) Winn.
He was a press operator for 20 years at the former Grayco plant in Elverson. Richard was a graduate of Owen J. Roberts High School. He enjoyed shooting pool and playing softball. He was the beloved uncle to all his nieces and nephews.
Richard is survived by three brothers, Donald Winn of Narvon, John Winn of Bowmansville, and Ricky Winn of Pottstown and three sisters, Linda Shepherd of Glenmoore, Robin Huffman of Goodville, and Jacqueline Matteoda of Honey Brook. Also by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 2 PM from Elverson United Brethren Church Cemetery in Elverson, Pa. There will be no calling hour or funeral home service.
