Divorce Suit Filed -
Peter Zollner yesterday filed a suit for divorce against Martha E. Zollner. In the complaint he alleges that they were married at Vancouver, Washington in the year 1891 and that there are seven children as a result of the union, ranging in age from eight to nineteen years. The plaintiff asks for a decree of divorce and the custody of the five minor children. Desertion is given as a reason for the suit.

PETER ZOLLNER OF MOUNT ANGEL DEAD
Mt. Angel, Or., Aug. 20. - Peter Zollner, well known Mt. Angel resident for nearly 50 years, was found dead in bed at his home here yesterday. A coroner's inquest will be held this afternoon to determine cause of death.
According to the reports of members of his family he had not been well for several days. He was past 60 years old. Several daughters and sons, and a brother in Silverton and one in Portland, survive him.

ZOLLNER RITES HELD SATURDAY
Woodburn, Or., Aug. 21. - Peter Zollner of Mt. Angel was found dead at his home about 9:30 o'clock Thursday morning, apparently of heart trouble. Mr. Zollner had been in his usual health to all appearances but was found dead by his housekeeper on her return from town, having been absent but a short time.
He was 64 years old of age and had resided in Mt. Angel for 59 years and was a carpenter by trade. He leaves six daughters residing in Portland and southern Oregon.
The body was brought to Woodburn yesterday by Undertaker Ed Unger of Mt. Angel and shipped to Portland, where the funeral was held this morning at the Sacred Heart church. Interment was at Mt. Calvary cemetery.

Peter Zollner of Mt. Angel was indicted by the grand jury on a charge of dynamiting a building belonging to his brother, George Zollner, and in which was located a moving picture theater operated by the latter's son, Henry Zollner.
