WATERS, Billy Jack – Age 22, of Yoncalla passed away June 9, 1997 of Congenital Heart Disease. He was born August 16, 1974 in Roseburg, Oregon to John and Gail Waters. He lived all of his life in Yoncalla. Billy enjoyed playing hackey sack, weight lifting, martial arts and writing. He is survived by his children, Jaden T. and Billy Jack II of Idaho Falls, Idaho; father, John Waters of Riverside, California; mother, Dawn Waters of Yoncalla; brother, Bryson Dean Waters of Yoncalla; sister Micheiena Diann Waters of Yoncalla; grandparents Virgil & Gail Herbst of Yoncalla and Lester and Marie Sampson of Riverside, California. Visitation hours will be Friday, June 13, 1997 from 1 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Smith-Lund-Mills Funeral chapel. Funeral services will be Saturday, June 14, 1997 at 2 p.m. at Assembly of God Church in Yoncalla with burial at Yoncalla Pioneer Cemetery.
