She was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church in Canton, Ohio. Ann was a graduate of Dover High School in 1941 and worked in her father's shoe repair shop in New Philadelphia, Ohio of which she always had fond memories.
In 1942, she married Jack F. Brannan of Canton and continued in business working with her husband in their business, Brannan's Refrigeration and Appliance Store. Along with raising a family, she went on to work in Sales at J.C. Penney Co. as well as O'Neil's in Belden Village for many years. Her work ethic continued as later in life she volunteered at the North Canton Medical Center. In 1972, Ann and Jack divorced and Ann went on to marry William C. Kline. They were married 10 wonderful years before Ann was widowed. She enjoyed her larger family of 3 children and 5 step-children.
