Nathan Earl "Nate" Lee, 40, passed away Thursday, July 14, 2016, at his Las Vegas home. Nate was born Jan. 25, 1976, in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Nate loved his work as a commercial real estate agent, after having worked in the construction industry on some of the biggest projects on the Las Vegas Strip. He will always be remembered for his infectious smile, big heart and love of friends. He served a faithful, full-time LDS mission in Vancouver, Canada. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Orrin and Luva Lee; and his maternal grandfather, M. George Tonks.Nate is survived by his parents, Richard and Karen Lee; two sisters, Stacie (Damon) Morris and Lindsey (Benjamin) Cattelain; five nephews; one niece; grandmother, Phylis Tonks; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Viewing will be 9:30-10:45 a.m. Saturday, July 23, with funeral following at 11 a.m., both at the LDS Chapel, 6325 W. Hacienda Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89118. Burial following at Palm Valley View Memorial Park, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Arrangements under the direction of Palm Mortuary-Southwest, 7979 W. Warm Springs Road.
