Born in Jonesboro, she lived in Weiner until moving to Marshall, MO where she worked for Monsanto Corn Research ssince January. She was a graduate of Winer High School and ASU.
She worked for Burgen King in Jonesboro for seven years and worked for Arkansas Boll Weevile last year. She was a member of Weiner Christian Church.
Survivors include her parents, David and Paula Foster Morgan of Weiner; one daughter, Jaley Oldham of the home; one brother, Keigh Morgan of Weiner; maternal grandfather, William Foster of Weiner; and parernal grandparents, George Smith of Weiner and Gerry Logan of Freemont, CA.
She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Jean Smith and Billie Foster, both of Weiner.Felicia Morgan, 24, of Weiner, Arkansas died from injuries sustained in a one vehicle accident that occured on November 16, 2006 in Pettis County, Missouri just south of Hughesville Road on US HWY 65.
