Son of Robert and Nora (Urry) Stubbs.

Husband of Frances Stubbs.

Father of Patricia Stubbs Lister.

Jack retired from Interantional Playtex Corp. in 1982 as a supervisor after thirty-five (35) years of employment.

He was a member of the Magnolia Ruritan Club, a trustee of Magnolia United Methodist Church for many years, a trustee of Barratt's Chapel, and a School board member of the McIlvaine School in Magnolia when the school was a separate entity from the Caesar Rodney School District.

He was an Army Air Cor. veteran of WW II serving in the Philippines.

While at Playtex, in his younger years, he was a player on the Playtex softball team, an avid baseball fan, a bowler on a senior citizen's league, and voracious reader particularly of western novels.

His favorite author was Zane Grey.

Last, but hardly least, he was a long time summer resident of Pickering Beach, his favorite place on earth.
