Dennis Eugene Ferguson, 63, of Oologah, OK passed away Thursday, July 14, 2016 in Oologah. He was born November 9, 1952 in Tulsa, OK to Floyd Eugene and Ida Jewell (Bradford) Ferguson.

Dennis had lived his whole life in Oologah. He had worked in maintenance for the foundry in Pryor, Centrilift and Pratt-Whitney. He loved to fish on Oologah Lake.

He is survived by 1 son: Matthew Ferguson of Oologah. 3 grandchildren: Cory Ferguson and his wife Cheyenne of Claremore, Tyler Ferguson of Oologah and Tabitha Ferguson of Oologah. 1 Great-grandchild: Mateo Ferguson. 2 brothers: Tom Q. Ferguson and his wife April of Broken Arrow and Joe Lee Ferguson of Seminole. 3 sisters: Sandra Rae Huffman and her husband Denny of Lomax, IL, Cheri Dauphene Lindsey of Winganon, OK and Judith Catherine Brown and her husband Larry of Monument, CO. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at the Fairview Cemetery in Talala, OK with Rev. Lester Orwig officiating.
