SALEM, N.H. - David J. Pease of Salem passed away on July 4, 2016, at his home.

He was born on March 29, 1963, in Portland, ME and was the son of Russell Pease, Sr. and Alice (Knight) Pease.

He attended schools in Derry, N.H., and graduated from Windham High School in 1981.

He worked most of his life in the millwork field and was highly accomplished, having mastered many elements of the craft that he loved. Most recently he was employed by Barlow Architectural Millwork in Hampstead, N.H., where he had many close friends.

He is survived by his brother Russell Pease, Jr. and his wife Kathleen, and niece Lauren pease of Arizona; and sister Joyce Dunlop and her husband Jeff, of Windham.

His family wishes to thank those closest to David for their continuing friendship and support to him. Among them are Cheryl Eliason, Tom Duncunson, Wayne Barlow and his family, Matt Luther, Nick Massa, Kevin Regan, and many others.

He will be remembered in a private family service and buried near his parents at the Harding Cemetery in Standish.
