Earl Dewayne Kemp 77 of Columbia, passed away Tuesday August 27, 2013 at Presbyterian Manor. He was born January 28, 1936 in McKittrick Mo. the son of Leon E. and Cora B (Gillette)Kemp.

Good with his hands, Earl worked as a handy man for many years. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing.

His memory will forever be cherished by his children, Marilyn L.Jones of Kansas City Mo. Debbie Kemp-White and husband Michael of Fairview Il. Abigail(Abby) L Kemp-Gover and husband David of Jefferson City Mo. Rodger D.Blank and wife Mary of Montgomery City Mo. ad Recco Charters and wife Kelly of Columbia Mo. brothers, Richard Kemp of Fulton, and Danny Jennings of Mexico Mo. sister, Peggy Kemp of Fulton, aunt, Mildred Stevens of Montgomery City Mo. eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers, and three sisters.

A memorial service will be held on Friday September 6, 2013 at 11am. at Guilding Light Missionary Baptist Church of Christ, 1023 Westminister Avenue in Fulton Mo. with Pastor Charles Jackson officiating.
