Mrs. MARY ELIZABETH ADKINS, 94, formerly of 336 S. Jefferson St., Middletown, died Tuesday, Sept. 19, at Vindobona Nursing Home, Braddock Heights. She was the wife of Harry E. Adkins, who died March 3, 1975. Born Nov. 3, 1900, near Jefferson, she was a daughter of the late Elmer Clayton and Madora Lee Stone Routzahn.

She was a member of Christ Reformed United Church of Christ, Middletown.

Surviving are four sons, Glenn E. Adkins, Indianapolis, In.; Elmer M. Adkins and Roy F. Adkins, both of Middletown; and Lee E. Adkins, Hagerstown; two sisters, Ruth Hoffman and Pearl Dutrow, both of Frederick; 11 grandchidlren; 19 great-grandchildren; and many great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Elsie Miller.

Services were held at the Donald B. Thompson Funeral Home, Middletown; interment in the Reformed Cemetery, Middletown.
