William H. Einhaus.

William H. Einhaus died in St. Vincent's Home Thursday evening after an illness of some time. He had been a resident at the Home for the past 10 years.

He was born in Quincy September 30, 1842, adn had lived here all his life, having been interested in farming properties in Riverside township on North Fifth street for many years.

Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Catherine Metzger and Mrs. N. Heintz; and eight children: Mrs. Theresa Shaffer of Ewing Missouri; Herman Einhaus of this city; Mrs. Minnie Harpster of Ashland Ohio; William Einhaus of Salina Kansas; Lawrence Einhaus and George Einhaus both of Taylor Missouri; Mrs. Catherine Seaman of Dodge City Kansas; and Mrs. Emma Hendricks of San Francisco California.

Mr. Einhaus' wife preceded him in death about 16 years ago.

William Einhaus.

Rev. Charles Kreckenberg of St. Vincent's Home officiated at the funeral services for William Einhaus, held in the Home chapel Monday morning at 9 o'clock. There was a very large attendance at the services.

Interment was in Calvary cemetery, the pall bearers being all residents of the Home and close friends of Mr. Einhaus.
