He was born May 7, 1977, at Lebanon, to Charles and Glenda (Vest) Dugan.
He was preceded in death by his father.
On Dec. 27, 1997, he married Michelle Moore.
He was employed at Lebanon Suzuki and attended Tabernacle Baptist Church in Lebanon. He and his family had recently moved to Houston.
Survivors include his wife, Michelle; a daughter, Caitlyn and a son, Ashtin, of the home; his mother, Glenda Buntin, of Bolivar; a brother, Charles Allen Dugan, of Wichita, Kan.; three sisters, Debra Williams, of Marshfield; Cheryl Reeves, of Alma, Mo.; Amy Wisdom, of Urbana, and his maternal grandmother, Ethel Vest, of Long Lane.
Services for David Eugene Dugan will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17, 2006, in the Montgomery-Viets Chapel at Buffalo with Pastor Don Ball officiating.
Burial will be in the Benton Branch Cemetery in Dallas County, under the direction of Montgomery-Viets Funeral Home of Buffalo.
Visitation will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the David Dugan Memorial Fund at The First National Bank in Houston, or may be left at the funeral home.
