She was preceded in death by her son Flyod Wesley Cook, her father Thomas Wesley Whitford, Brother Lloyd Delayne Hogue Mem# 71244185 & step dad Carlos Edward Hogue, Mem# 104838502.
Teresa is survived by her husband Doug, mother Emily Parks, Son & daughter in-law Tom & Jamie Cook, brother & sister-in-law Tony & Judy Whitford, brother & sister in-law Carl & Ratonya Hogue, sister and bother in-law Shannon Hogue & Ron Sams and sister Misty Hogue Bailey. Two grandbabies Korbyn Cook and Ebbi Fuwell. Several brother and sister in-laws & nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Saturday, July 16, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 4:00 p.m. Burial will be at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Jonesboro, where she shall lay with her son Wesley Cook & her bother Lloyd Hogue.
