HUBBARD Funeral services will be held on Monday July 18, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home with Pastor Brad Bloomster officiating for James H. Kesner, 74, who passed away Wednesday evening July 13, 2016 at 9:55 PM at Sharon Regional Hospital after a 7 month battle with pneumonia. Jim was the son of Ancel M. and Geraldine E. Kesner and was born on February 9, 1942 in Youngstown. Jim was a 1960 graduate of Hubbard High School. After graduation, he enrolled and served in the United States Army for 2 years where he was honorably discharged. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 51 years, Jane L. (Craig) Kesner, whom he married on June 19, 1965; his two children, James C. (Heather) Kesner of Cohasset, MA and Jill (Wally) Thomson of Hubbard along with 3 grandchildren, Jordan, Jamie and Audrey. Jim also leaves his brother, William Kesner of Wooster, OH. He was preceded in death by his parents. Jim retired from United Parcel Service in 1995 after being employed there for 31 years. He went through the ranks from package car delivery into management. He enjoyed spending his time with family and friends. Jim liked to golf, camp, watch his grandkids sporting events and anything that had to do with automobiles. He was a member of the American Legion, the Optimist Club and the First United Methodist Church of Hubbard.

Interment will be at Hubbard Union Cemetery.
