Mr. Randy Lamar Morris, age 53, died on Tuesday July 12, 2016 at his residence.
The Bulloch County native had lived in Savannah for 20 years and was a graduate of Groves High School. He was a veteran of the United States Coast Guard. He moved back to Bulloch County in 1990. He was a self employed as a contractor, handyman.
He was preceded in death by his father William Henry Morris and a brother Billy Joe Morris.
Surviving are his wife of 30 years Loretta Sikes Morris of Register; a daughter Tia Nicole Morris of Swainsboro and a son William James Morris of Metter; his mother Sarah (Joseph) Vonguard of Metter; a niece Tiffany Morris Brown.
The visitation will be held on Friday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Joiner- Anderson Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Joiner-Anderson Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Hiers officiating.
Pallbearers will be Carl Sikes, Stacy Deloach, Donnie Roberts, Aaron Vonguard, John Williams, Sr. and Jason Kohler.
Interment will be in Middleground Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
