YOUNGSTOWN – Funeral services will be held today, July 14, 2016, at 11 a.m., at the F.D. Mason Memorial Funeral Home Inc., for Mrs. Thelma Hogan, 88, who departed this life on July 9, 2016, at Park Vista Nursing Home.
Mrs. Hogan was born on Jan. 23, 1928, in Youngstown, a daughter of William and Rosetta Moore.
She was an employee of the Youngstown Children’s Service as a driver, and a welder for Commercial Shearing and also worked for Moyer’s Factory.
She was a member of the Third Baptist Church and its Missionary Society No. 5, Sunday school, and Keenagers organization.
She leaves a host of cousins, nephews, and caregiver Willie Johnson of Youngstown.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Hogan; son William Stewart; and brother Allen Moore; and her parents.
Burial will be at Tod Homestead Cemetery.
