Mrs. Hogan was born on Jan. 23, 1928, in Youngstown, a daughter of William and Rosetta Moore.
She was an employee of the Youngstown Children’s Service as a driver, and a welder for Commercial Shearing and also worked for Moyer’s Factory.
She was a member of the Third Baptist Church and its Missionary Society No. 5, Sunday school, and Keenagers organization.
She leaves a host of cousins, nephews, and caregiver Willie Johnson of Youngstown.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Hogan; son William Stewart; and brother Allen Moore; and her parents.
Burial will be at Tod Homestead Cemetery.
