She married Henry George Percy, 7th Duke of Northumberland, son of Algernon George Percy, 6th Duke of Northumberland and Louisa Drummond, on 23 December 1868.
From 23 December 1868, her married name became Percy.
As a result of her marriage, Lady Edith Campbell was styled as Duchess of Northumberland on 2 January 1899.
