PHOENIX Ariz.-Jonah Britton, 56, 210 N. Eighth St., died Sunday here.
Mr. Britton was a former resident of New Vienna.
He was born Oct. 31, 1904 in Highland County and was the son of Leslie and Sally Sharp Britton.
Mr. Britton was employed in the fruit production industry.
He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Anna Catherine Gilliland, New Vienna, Mrs. Edgar Eichenauer, Rockford, and Mrs. George Pulliam, Georgetown.
On February 9, Smith Funeral home conducted services. Rev. F. H. Smith read scriptures, offered prayers, read the memoir prepared by sisters.
Pallbearers were Stanley Johnson, Harvey Fleming, Robert J. Rulon and Paul McCune.
Interment was in New Vienna IOOF Cemetery
