Don Ellis Wade, 88, of Bentonville, died July 12, 2016 at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville.

He was born July 16, 1927 in Prospect, Texas to Frank Wade and Edna Pearl Hilburn. He owned and operated Don Wade Drilling for forty-three years. He was an avid domino player and fisherman, loved hunting and traveling. Don was a member of Bentonville Church of Christ and is preceded in death by his parents; his wife of sixty-five years, Evelyn Wade; a son, Stevie Wade; three sisters, Ruby, Loy and Pearl.

Survivors are his son Bob Wade and wife Faye of Bentonville; two daughters, Suzanne Magelky and husband Ed of Bentonville, Judy Roark and husband Kevin of Centerton; a brother, Loyd Wade and wife Clairene of Bowie, Texas; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Graveside service is set for 10:00 A.M. Monday, July 18 at Bentonville City Cemetery with Walton Hook officiating. Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
