Phillip Matthew Baker, 61, of Warsaw, Missouri, formerly of Gallatin, Missouri, died on September 30, 2006 at the Harry S. Truman Veteran's Administration Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. He was the son of Clyde Clinton Baker and Bernice Elizabeth Plum. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, and served overseas. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He married Elizabeth Carol Smith on May 20, 1972 in Greene County, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his infant son, Robert Joshua Baker; brother, Preston Baker; and sister, Paula Baker. He is survived by his companion, son, daughter, ten grandchildren, three brothers, two sisters, and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements: Reser & Davis-Miller Funeral Home.
