Mr. Clifton Garrett Leland, age 63, of 100 White Oak Drive, Apt. 1, Gaffney, S.C. husband of Mrs. Julia Leland of Las Vegas, Nv., answered the Master’s call on Monday, July 11, 2016, at his residence.
Son of the late Ruben Leland and the late Bessie Wright Leland, he was born on March 2, 1953, in Seneca, S.C. He was last employed with the Railroad System.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Mr. Henry Leland of Las Vegas, Nv.; two brothers, Mr. Melvin Leland (Evon) of Gaffney, and Mr. Clifford Leland of Seneca; his uncle, Mr. Melvin Leland of Brooklyn, N.Y.; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, July 27, at 7 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home with Brother Melvin Leland officiating.
