Douglas Lee George, 52, of Fredericksburg passed away Monday, July 11, 216 at his home.
Survivors include his sons, David and Michael George; father Norman S. George Jr.; brother Norman “Sonny” George; sisters Lydia Johnston (Robert) and Karen Deviers (Jimmy); and numerous nieces nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Alline George.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 13 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg.
A service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 14 in the funeral home chapel with interment to follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
