Frederick - Miss EDNA C. POFFINBERGER, 81, of Rt. 5, died Thursday evening at the Frederick Nursing and Convalescent Center. Born near Jefferson, she was a daughter of hte late Charles E.F. and Cora V. Himes Poffinberger.
She was a member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Jefferson.
She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Mamie Fisher, Harmony; brother, C. Albert Poffinberger, Braddock Heights; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held from the Gladhill Funeral Home, Middletown; burial was in the Lutheran Cemetery, Middletown.
