Regina Irene Savage Taylor, age 42, died Saturday, July 9, 2016 in Oxford, MS. Born March 5, 1974 in Oxford, MS to Jerry Lynn and Sherron Savage, she was known by many as “Gina” or “GiGi”, and always “Genie” by her father. Regina attended Lafayette High School and graduated in 1992. She went on to obtain a degree in Business Administration and was currently employed by Pita Pit of Oxford as their General Manager. Regina was a loving and devoted mother and loved her children and family very much. Anyone who knew Regina knew that she fought many battles in her life and throughout she kept her faith in Christ and leaned on Him for strength to keep going.

Visitation will be held Thursday, July 14, 2016 from 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley, MS. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 6:00 pm in the Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks with Bro. Gerald Shook officiating. Burial will be in the Anchor Church Cemetery.

Regina is survived by her daughter, Kayleigh Williams of Oxford, MS; her son, Nathan Taylor of Oxford, MS; her parents, Jerry and Sherron Savage of Oxford, MS; her sisters, Emily (Robert) Williamson of Oxford, MS and Kim (Mike) Adams of Water Valley, MS; her brother, Chris Savage of Water Valley, MS; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
