Joe is survived by his wife Michelle Jimenez of 28 years. and his children;Daughter Michelle,; wife of Burk Frederick and their children; Constance,Nina, Tiara,& Burk Jr. Daughter; Marina, wife of Rick King and their children; Makayla, Ricky, Michael, Alyssia & Alexander. Son Joshua, husband of Desiree and their children; Giavanna & Devina. Daughter; Bridget, wife of Rocky Varnador and their children; Savannah & Allison. Son Joey, Son Jacob, husband of Abigail & their daughter; Aubrey & son John Paul.
Joe is also survived by his siblings; Sisters, Lucy Palomino,Carmen Gutierrez,Martha Ashley, Isabelle Guillen. &- Joe now joins recently passed eldest sister; Lupe Castor. Brothers; Felipe Jimenez, Robert Jimenez, Julian Jimenez, & Ralph Jimenez
Joe was a honest,loyal, hardworking and dedicated family man. He retired from IBM of 30 yrs. & later retired from Selectron of 10 yrs. Joe was a man on the Go! a loyal customer to Tio Dan's & actively involved in Saint Williams Catholic Church, Eucharistic Adoration Ministry.
Joe's Rosary will be held at Beck's Funeral Home 4765 Priem Ln, Pfulgerville, TX 78660 on February 05, 2016 from 5 o'clock PM to 7 o'clock PM. Funeral Mass will be held at Saint Williams Catholic Church 620 Round Rock West Dr, Round Rock, TX 78681 at 10 o'clock AM following burial at St. John's Cemetery FM 1460 at the West Corner of CR111
