Survivors: wife, Marie K.; sons, Charles of Shawnee, Tom of Fort Smith, Ark., Bill of Salina; daughters, Kathy Williams of Rozel, Donna Stout of Chandler, Ariz.; sisters, Eleanor Hamilton, Lucille Deason, both of Great Bend; 16 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. Memorial has been established with Hospice of the Golden Belt.

Alfred A. Myers, 78, 1220 Madison, died Sept. 26, 1992 at his home. Born Sept. 30, 1913 at Galatia, the son of Charles and Hattie Gustin Myers, he was a life time area resident. He married Marie E. Klepper Feb. 3, 1937, at Ellinwood. He was a water well driller, retiring in 1975 from Myers Water Well Co.
Survivors include his wife of the home, three sons, Charles of Shawnee Mission, Tom Myers of Fort Smith Ark., and Bill Myers of Salina; two daughters, Kathy Williams of Rozel and Donna Stoot of Chandler, Ariz.; two sisters Eleanor Hamilton and Lucille Deason, both of Great Bend; 16 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Vigil service will be at 7:30 tonight at Bryant Christian's Funeral Home in Great Bend. Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St Patrick Catholic Church with the Rev. Dermot Tighe officiating. Burial will be in Great Bend. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. today. Memorials are suggested to Hospice of the Golden Belt, in care of the funeral home.
