Rose Hughes, 86, of Charleston passed away at home July 11, 2016 after a long illness. She was retired from C&P Telephone Company.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David, her parents Wendell and Emily Tincher, her brother Tommy Joe Tincher and his wife Linda.
She is survived by her nephew Joe Tincher (Lea Ann) of Indiana, niece Sarah Jane of Florida and great niece Emily Rose of Florida.
Service will held at Allen’s Funeral Home, 2837 Main Street, Hurricane on Friday, July 15, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Michael Young officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Mt. Moriah Cemetery, Hurricane.
