Teresa Ann Means Robbins, 66, passed away on July 9, 2016 at her home in Springville, TN after an extended stay in Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, TN.

Teresa was born December 20, 1949, in Auburn, Indiana. She graduated from Byars-Hall High School in Covington where she was a band member, majorette, and drum major. She was also a graduate of Methodist Hospital School of Nursing in Memphis and spent the next forty-two years as an R.N. working hospitals in Covington, Little Rock, and Paris, TN. She loved traveling, camping, and spending time with her family.

Teresa was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock and attended First Baptist Church of Paris.

She was preceded in death by her father, Gerald W. Means and is survived by her husband, Stephen Robbins; her children, Dr. Justin Robbins (Leslie) of Dickson, TN, Dr. Deborah Robbins (Michael Knipple) of Nashville, TN; her mother, Rosemary Means of Covington, Sandra Babbitt of Magnolia, TX and Terry Means of Covington; her precious grandchildren, Jack Robbins, Luke Robbins, Jon Tyler Robbins, James Knipple, Elizabeth Knipple, and her kitties, Max and Kate.

The services for Mrs. Robbins will be held on Tuesday, July 12, at 2PM at the Maley-Yarbrough Chapel. Visitation for Mrs. Robbins will take place Monday night from 6-8 and again on Tuesday from 1-2. Interment will follow in Walton Cemetery with Dr. Mike Melton officiating.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers memorials be sent to the American Cancer Society.
