The youngest child of Theophilus Dunbar Tice was Veda, my mother. She married Barney Mensch Aug. 30, 1923.
. . . . .After Barney's death, Veda owned and operated a popcorn shop on the corner of Franklin and Main St., next to the Marion county State Bank. She sold that in the middle 40's and bought a card and gift shop which she operated until her death in 1954.
