Joshua Brandon Carter, 24, of Ashburn, formerly of Manassas died on Tuesday, July 5, 2016. He was born on January 17, 1992 at Prince William Hospital in Manassas. Joshua graduated from Brentsville District High School.

An avid outdoors enthusiast, he enjoyed fishing and riding his bike. Joshua was a dedicated worker and loved his family dearly. He was a kind and compassionate young man.

He is survived by his father and his wife, Brandon and Christine Carter of Bristow; his mom and her longtime boyfriend, Tara Corsaro and Timothy Rose of Winchester; a sister, Colleen Lynn Carter; maternal grandmother and her friend, Patti Bird and Wayne Stum of Culpeper, paternal grandmother, Norma R. Carter of Alderson, WV and maternal great-great grandmother, Nora Corsaro of Remington.

The family will receive friends on Monday, July 11 from 6-8 PM at Moser Funeral Home, 233 Broadview Ave, Warrenton, VA. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 12 at 10 AM at Moser Funeral Home with interment to follow at Stonewall Memory Gardens in Manassas.
